What you will do

• Build new 0-1 products at high scale across multiple teams and domains
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to ship experiments and learn
• Launch new features, experiments, campaigns, and partnerships rapidly
• Develop core growth infrastructure such as notification platforms and ad attribution
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to optimize user experience
• Create delightful and data-proven user journeys

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Francisco or New York City
• Strong programming skills across full stack technologies
• Self-motivated with ownership mindset
• Good quantitative understanding of data and experimentation
• Experience with data-driven decision making and impact measurement
• 4+ years of industry experience
