What you will do

• Build new 0-1 products at high scale.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data to ship experiments and learn.
• Launch new features, experiments, campaigns, and partnerships in a fast-moving environment.
• Build core growth infrastructure, such as notification platforms and ad attribution.
• Analyze performance metrics and user feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build delightful and data-proven user journeys.

Requirements

• 4+ years of industry experience with strong programming skills across the full stack.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Good quantitative understanding of data and experimentation.
• Experience making data-driven decisions and measuring their impact.
• A passion for shipping quality products.
• English: B2 required.
