What you will do

• Assist with incident response, on-call rotations, and maintain EDR/SIEM detection rules.
• Implement system hardening and optimize security operations and automation.
• Support risk assessments, compliance audits, and phishing campaigns.
• Educate employees on security best practices and promote security culture.
• Continuously develop expertise through training and certifications.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Vienna, Austria
• 2–4 years experience in incident response, threat monitoring, and SIEM tools.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and automation of security processes.
• Knowledge of system hardening, cloud and network security basics.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, DORA, or similar compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.
