What you will do
- Architect and implement features for the web platform.
- Own the codebase while balancing code quality, security, and development speed.
- Build backend-focused solutions across the full technology stack.
- Review code and mentor junior colleagues.
- Drive continuous improvement across the product, engineering practices, and software architecture.
- Travel regularly to Stockholm for onboarding, collaboration, and major product milestones.
Requirements
- Several years of experience building high-quality products with modern technologies.
- Strong backend development experience and comfort working across the full technology stack.
- Autonomous approach, ownership of code, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop creative solutions and think holistically about software architecture.
- Availability for on-site work in Malmö and regular travel to Stockholm.
