What you will do

• Architect and implement backend features for the web platform
• Own the codebase ensuring high quality, security, and development speed
• Work with Node.js, Postgres, Elasticsearch, AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes
• Review code and mentor junior engineers
• Drive continuous improvement and challenge existing processes
• Travel regularly to Stockholm for onboarding and collaboration

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work on-site in Malmö, Sweden
• Several years of experience in backend development with fullstack knowledge
• Autonomous and problem-solving mindset with pride in code quality
• Experience with infrastructure and integrations is a plus
• English: Proficient (B2 or higher)
