What you will do

• Lead projects from requirements gathering to delivery
• Collaborate closely with Finance to identify and translate business-financial needs
• Coordinate with multiple departments to align with business goals
• Analyze and document business and technical requirements for development teams
• Evaluate financial processes within complex technological and regulatory contexts
• Support decision-making through data-driven insights and monitor project progress

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Strong advantage: experience in Big-4 companies
• Strong can-do mindset and project completion skills
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Familiarity with SQL and Azure is an advantage
• Strong understanding of trading, financial markets, and regulatory requirements
• Early adoption of AI tools to improve workflows
