Salary: $100,000–$170,000 + equity + commission

What you will do

• Serve as the technical advisor and implementation expert for a portfolio of customers, guiding architecture and deployment of Persona’s products.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of technical solutions from discovery through post-launch success.
• Collaborate with account teams to retain and expand customer portfolios by supporting identity operations.
• Provide strategic advice to solve complex business challenges with technical solutions.
• Partner with Product to relay customer insights that inform roadmap and feature design.
• Develop scalable tools, documentation, and playbooks to improve team efficiency and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in San Francisco or New York.
• 3–7 years experience in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Engineer or Solutions Architect.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and web development; scripting knowledge (Python, SQL, Bash, Ruby) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage complex projects from scoping to implementation.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer engagements.
