What you will do

• Design and implement GenAI solutions for internal automation (e.g., reporting, invoicing) and customer-facing products.
• Engineer, test, and improve prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, LLaMA) to maximize accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.
• Fine-tune and customize LLMs for business-specific applications.
• Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and agentic AI applications.
• Prototype, deploy, and scale production-ready models integrated into hirify.global platforms and workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Sales, Pre-sales, Analytics, Product) to identify automation opportunities and improve productivity.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in AI/ML engineering with direct exposure to generative AI and LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, Power Automate) and REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals, NLP techniques, and LLM architectures.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Nice to have

• Experience in Finance or Operations domains.
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other orchestration frameworks.
• Exposure to cloud AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI).
• Hands-on experience with open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, Falcon).
