What you will do

• Own architecture, stability, scalability, and performance of the AI algorithm platform.
• Design features supporting synchronous and asynchronous algorithm execution with optimized GPU management.
• Ensure robust Kubernetes-based deployment and system observability.
• Collaborate with research and backend teams to integrate AI models into production services.
• Advocate for engineering excellence including code quality, testing, and security.
• Contribute to MLOps tooling for model versioning, rollout, monitoring, and testing.

Requirements

• Must be located in Israel.
• 8+ years software engineering experience with 3+ years in ML/AI infrastructure or GPU-heavy systems.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Ruby and/or Go backend languages.
• Strong Kubernetes knowledge and experience running GPU workloads in production.
• Experience with AWS services and architecting real-time and asynchronous processing systems.
• Familiarity with ML lifecycle and MLOps practices including CI/CD, monitoring, and rollback.

Nice to have

• Experience in research-driven environments or working with data scientists and ML engineers.
• Contributions to open-source projects related to model serving or Kubernetes operators.
