What you will do

• Drive business growth by acquiring new service projects.
• Define scope, design processes, and calculate costs for future SAP solution projects.
• Develop and lead a team of Solution Architects supporting global clients in their transition to S/4HANA.
• Organize workshops focused on technical requirements for upcoming projects.
• Act as the key business and functional expert, bridging consultants, external clients, and all project stakeholders.
• Lead the SAP consulting team, fostering competence development and team growth.

Requirements

• Several years of project experience in SAP as an Architect, Lead Consultant, or Project/Department Manager.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and their mapping in S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of the SAP solution portfolio.
• Excellent command of English and/or German.

Nice to have

• Experience in S/4HANA implementation or transformation projects.
• Strong communication and high-level presentation skills.
