Site Reliability Engineer (SRE): Maintaining, scaling, and improving the reliability and performance of a fintech payment platform with an accent on monitoring, incident automation, and compliance. Focus on optimizing scalability, disaster recovery, and ensuring high availability for millions of users.
Location: Hybrid in Delft, Netherlands

What you will do
- Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to track infrastructure performance.
- Automate incident response, monitoring, and workflows for on-call support.
- Optimize platform scalability and performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, audits, and regulatory requirements.
- Implement disaster recovery and high availability solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations and handle incident escalations.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Understanding of performance tuning, scaling, security best practices, secrets management, and compliance auditing.
- Experience with incident management and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of disaster recovery and high availability solutions.
- Must reside in the Netherlands.
