What you will do

• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to track infrastructure performance.
• Automate incident response, monitoring, and workflows for on-call support.
• Optimize platform scalability and performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, audits, and regulatory requirements.
• Implement disaster recovery and high availability solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations and handle incident escalations.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring tools.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Understanding of performance tuning, scaling, security best practices, secrets management, and compliance auditing.
• Experience with incident management and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of disaster recovery and high availability solutions.
• Must reside in the Netherlands.
