Salary: $182,000 - $227,000 USD annually (Zone 1 locations)

What you will do

• Lead content strategy for core products by partnering with Product, Design, Research, and Ops to align messaging with customer needs and business goals
• Craft prioritized value propositions and write product content across all fidelities including UI copy, onboarding, notifications, and help content
• Shape and evolve content systems, style guidelines, and reusable frameworks to ensure consistent experiences
• Audit content for inclusivity, clarity, and tone aligned with company mission and voice
• Translate complex healthcare and insurance jargon into approachable language, collaborating with Legal and Clinical teams
• Work directly in Figma and prototypes, plan research to validate comprehension, trust, and usability

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years of content design/UX writing experience with in-house product experience
• Excellent collaboration and mentorship skills
• Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• Portfolio showcasing strategic content work and conversational/AI design samples

Nice to have

• Experience in healthtech or consumer-facing products
• Research fluency and ability to leverage insights/data
• Business orientation to tie content choices to measurable outcomes
