What you will do

• Partner with product designers, content designers, product managers, researchers, and engineers throughout the product delivery cycle.
• Find elegant content solutions and craft experiences that resonate with users.
• Design, write, and test clear in-product language including product flows, interface language, and taxonomies.
• Shape and evolve content systems and reusable frameworks to scale consistent experiences.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Dublin, Ireland
• 5+ years experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or UX Content Strategy at consumer-facing product companies.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end projects.
• Experience or understanding of CRM, marketing automation, fintech, and ecommerce product areas.
• Ability to integrate content with UI design and translate complex concepts into simple language.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma.

• Research fluency and ability to leverage insights/data to inform strategy.
