What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations for Latvia and other locations.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle including onboarding and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with benefit administration and compliance.
• Stay updated on HR industry trends and labor laws.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in HR operations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Experience managing visa and work permit applications.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of Jira, HiBob, and similar software.
• Experience in an international environment.
