What you will do

• Lead arcade game production from concept through to final delivery, including design, animation, and sound integration.
• Collaborate with game art, development, and sound teams to ensure alignment with the creative vision.
• Develop and maintain game specifications and quality control standards.
• Research competitive games and incorporate best practices and trends.
• Drive strategic game direction and branding integration across arcade titles.
• Streamline production pipelines and evaluate new technologies to enhance game development.

Requirements

• Must have experience producing social or real money arcade games.
• Deep understanding of the arcade/instant win real money gaming market.
• Fluent English (native or full professional proficiency).
• Strong communication skills to present and guide game vision to diverse teams.
• Ability to work creatively within technical constraints and deliver detailed specifications.
• Highly organized with a passion for arcade games and attention to detail.
