Salary: 3420–3900 EUR gross per month

What you will do

• Create high-quality UI animations including transitions, button interactions, gameplay flows, and celebratory effects.
• Use Figma and After Effects to design and deliver motions for game interfaces and objects.
• Develop scalable animation systems such as global timings, motion libraries, easing curves, and reusable interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with product designers, developers, and game teams to ensure animations align with gameplay and technical requirements.
• Optimize animations for performance and responsiveness across platforms.
• Prepare assets and specifications for smooth developer handoff and front-end integration.

Requirements

• Professional proficiency in English is required for daily communication in an international environment.
• Proven experience as a UI Motion Designer or similar role, ideally in gaming or interactive media.
• Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe After Effects.
• Solid understanding of web performance principles and animation optimization at the browser level.
• Familiarity with CSS animations, JavaScript, React, and animation libraries like Framer, GSAP, or WebGL.
• Experience working with design systems and scalable visual frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience in live casino, gaming, or entertainment industries.
• Knowledge of 3D animation principles and tools.
• Basic understanding of front-end development workflows.
