- Influence strategy and provide requirements for tools and training.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality support focused on service reliability.
- Drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience in leading 24x7 operational support teams in a SaaS environment.
- Certification or experience in ITIL Service Operations.
- Knowledge of service management and operational support tools.
- Customer-focused leadership with a passion for high standards.
- Familiarity with the utilities industry is beneficial.
