What you will do

• Analyze customer requests and produce solution artefacts and estimations
• Develop, maintain, deploy, and support software solutions following best coding practices
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Establish strong business relationships and communicate effectively with customers
• Ensure quality delivery and adherence to standards and procedures
• Provide advice on best use of products and industry best practices

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Pune, India
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years commercial software development experience with Java, Spring, REST API
• Good knowledge of Object Oriented Design, Enterprise Databases, Git, Web Services, SDLC, and Agile methodologies
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM and Billing Systems
• Knowledge of C#, Postgres, and DevOps practices
• System design and data analysis skills
• Innovative thinking and willingness to explore new solutions
