What you will do

• Coordinate daily stand-ups, workload planning, and operational duties within the platform engineering team.
• Support development, build, test, deploy, and manage platform architectures and infrastructure.
• Create and maintain documentation for engineering and operations processes and systems.
• Conduct audits, reporting, and governance to ensure compliance with standards.
• Respond to platform incidents with technical investigation, resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Monitor service health and performance proactively to maintain optimal functionality.

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid in Pune, India, aligned with UK business hours (8am-6pm UK time).
• Minimum 3 years experience in systems administration and DevOps roles with platform/infrastructure focus.
• Proficiency with Linux, AWS (IAM, VPC, EC2, ECS), Terraform, Ansible, and Python scripting.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks, agile methodologies, and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and SOC 2 compliance standards.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Linux, AWS, and Terraform.
