What you will do

• Define and drive the reliability vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global's core payment platform.
• Develop standardized SLI/SLOs, error budgets, game days, and business continuity testing.
• Improve incident management tooling and processes to enhance response speed and effectiveness.
• Reduce time-to-detect (TTD) and time-to-recover (TTR) for critical incidents.
• Prioritize and address systemic risks in partnership with engineering leads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product management experience, ideally with an engineering or SRE background.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (GCP/AWS), and SRE principles.
• Proven experience defining, tracking, and improving reliability metrics (SLIs, SLOs, TTD, TTR).
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional engineering and SRE teams.
• Strong technical foundation and ability to drive complex, systems-level projects.
• English: B2 required.
• Must be based in Milan, Italy.
