TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (Fintech): Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers to maximize the value of payment solutions with an accent on customer support, analytics, and project management. Focus on guiding clients, solving problems proactively, and collaborating in a dynamic, global fintech environment.

Location: Hybrid with options for remote work across multiple countries including Uruguay, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Spain, South Africa, Chile, China, and India. Montevideo-based candidates must attend office 55% monthly for non-IT roles.

What you will do

  • Build and nurture strong customer relationships as a trusted partner.
  • Guide and support customers to maximize the use of payment solutions.
  • Collaborate in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global fintech environment.
  • Apply advanced analytical skills using Excel, Looker, QuickSide, and SQL.
  • Manage projects and meet or exceed program goals.
  • Travel as needed to support customer success initiatives.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and verbal English.
  • Experience in Customer Success, preferably B2B.
  • Advanced analytical skills and familiarity with Excel, Looker, QuickSide, and SQL.
  • Background in Project Management or Customer Success Management with proven results.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Montevideo-based candidates must attend office 55% monthly for non-IT roles.
