What you will do

• Develop and execute hirify.global’s content strategy including customer stories, newsletters, landing pages, and video content.
• Manage and grow social media presence on paid and organic channels to drive inbound demand and brand awareness.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects supporting Account-Based Marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to create and optimize landing pages for high conversion.
• Partner with People teams to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
• Track performance metrics and optimize marketing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years experience in B2B SaaS startup or ecommerce marketing.
• Proven portfolio of content and video projects with measurable results.
• Experience with paid and organic social media, newsletter strategy, and campaign optimization.
• Strong project management skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and French. Spanish is a plus.
• Data-driven mindset comfortable with analytics tools.
