What you will do

  • Lead and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Recruit and develop additional Account Executives as needed.
  • Manage team performance related to KPIs and sales goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
  • Drive sales activities and ensure team members meet quotas.
  • Conduct weekly reviews of activities and pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful field sales management experience in IT infrastructure.
  • Experience selling to IT departments is required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively.
  • Must work from the Tokyo office.
