What you will do
- Lead and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
- Recruit and develop additional Account Executives as needed.
- Manage team performance related to KPIs and sales goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners.
- Drive sales activities and ensure team members meet quotas.
- Conduct weekly reviews of activities and pipeline.
Requirements
- 5+ years of successful field sales management experience in IT infrastructure.
- Experience selling to IT departments is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems effectively.
- Must work from the Tokyo office.
