What you will do

• Provide vision, direction, and performance management for the local account management team, including hiring, training, coaching, and development.
• Build client relationships, conduct regular meetings, define OKRs, and ensure high service levels through process consistency and best practices.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and team skill mapping to clients.
• Oversee product support, installations, upgrades, and training coordination with centralized teams.
• Research and resolve client and customer issues by collaborating with support groups.
• Strengthen client relations as a key APAC leadership team member and drive innovation in support approaches.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Japanese
• Experience in ticketing, live events, promoting, e-business, media, or entertainment industries preferred.
• Extensive account management, operations, client relations, and project management success.
• Direct experience managing a team of client support staff.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proven innovation, leadership, and project management impacting client support areas.
