What you will do

• Provide vision and leadership for the local account management team, including hiring, coaching, and performance evaluation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure high satisfaction and a positive user experience.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and define OKRs to drive operational efficiency.
• Oversee the deployment, installation, and support of ticketing software and products for clients.
• Collaborate with centralized teams to coordinate system upgrades and staff training.
• Research and resolve complex client challenges regarding service levels and technical issues.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan (Onsite)
• Languages: Fluent in both English and Japanese
• Extensive experience in account management, operations, and project management.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Experience in ticketing, live events, promoting, e-business, or entertainment industries is preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
