What you will do
- Partner with recruiters and sales leaders to define candidate profiles for sales and business roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs in Japan.
- Proactively source candidates using multiple platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, BizReach, and Wantedly.
- Deliver talent market insights such as competitor movements and compensation trends.
- Conduct pre-qualification calls to assess candidate fit and motivation.
- Track sourcing activities and maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM systems.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Japan and work onsite in Tokyo
- 7+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience focused on sales or go-to-market talent in Japan.
- Fluent in Japanese (native/near-native) and English (business proficiency).
- Strong skills in Boolean search, competitor mapping, and sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
