What you will do

• Partner with recruiters and sales leaders to define candidate profiles for sales and business roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs in Japan.
• Proactively source candidates using multiple platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, BizReach, and Wantedly.
• Deliver talent market insights such as competitor movements and compensation trends.
• Conduct pre-qualification calls to assess candidate fit and motivation.
• Track sourcing activities and maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM systems.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Japan and work onsite in Tokyo
• 7+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience focused on sales or go-to-market talent in Japan.
• Fluent in Japanese (native/near-native) and English (business proficiency).
• Strong skills in Boolean search, competitor mapping, and sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
