What you will do

• Lead complex, business-critical GTM recruitment searches across APJ.
• Partner with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies targeting top sales talent in Japan.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.
• Design multi-year recruiting strategies for GTM expansion in APJ.
• Collaborate with finance and HRBPs on headcount planning and budgeting.

Requirements

• Must have 12+ years recruiting experience in APJ, especially Japan.
• Fluency in Japanese (native/near-native) and English (business proficiency) is required.
• Strong network and knowledge of Japan sales talent landscape.
• Experience hiring quota-carrying sales talent and managing executive relationships.
• Expertise in workforce planning, recruitment analytics, and talent intelligence.
