What you will do
- Lead complex, business-critical GTM recruitment searches across APJ.
- Partner with sales leadership to understand hiring needs and workforce plans.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies targeting top sales talent in Japan.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.
- Design multi-year recruiting strategies for GTM expansion in APJ.
- Collaborate with finance and HRBPs on headcount planning and budgeting.
Requirements
- Must have 12+ years recruiting experience in APJ, especially Japan.
- Fluency in Japanese (native/near-native) and English (business proficiency) is required.
- Strong network and knowledge of Japan sales talent landscape.
- Experience hiring quota-carrying sales talent and managing executive relationships.
- Expertise in workforce planning, recruitment analytics, and talent intelligence.
