What you will do

• Build AI applications end-to-end including LLM chat, assistants, and knowledge tools.
• Design scalable, reliable architectures for data, inference, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain REST/FastAPI services ensuring performance and security.
• Design and run retrieval-augmented generation pipelines using vector databases and embedding strategies.
• Implement autonomous and assisted agentic workflows with frameworks like LangChain and AutoGen.
• Manage prompt versioning, LLM output evaluation, A/B testing, and guardrails for quality and safety.

Requirements

• English: B2 level required with a technical interview in English.
• Practical experience building and deploying ML/LLM applications in production.
• Strong Python skills and foundations in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in system design for scalable services and API development.
• Knowledge of RAG techniques, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and MLOps including CI/CD and Docker.
• SQL proficiency for analytics and model output validation.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Spoken Russian.
• Prototype audio/video media generation.
