Software Engineer - Ruby on Rails (Real Estate)

Location: Hybrid working model in Berlin, Germany, with the possibility to work from abroad for a few weeks per year.

Compensation: A competitive salary package and a bonus on top.

What you will do

• Design and build a high-performance, scalable CRM platform tailored for the real estate market.
• Influence architectural decisions, choose technologies, and experiment with cutting-edge tools.
• Take full responsibility from conception and prototyping through to cloud delivery and customer adoption.
• Work in agile sprints, embrace pair programming, and constantly improve through feedback and iteration.
• Leverage Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Vue to create software that’s as elegant as it is powerful.

Requirements

• Proven expertise (4+ years) as a Fullstack Engineer or similar.
• Mastery in Ruby & Ruby on Rails.
• Strong skills in Vue, React, or Svelte.
• Curiosity, innovation, and a passion for solving complex challenges.
• Team player mindset and an agile enthusiast.
• Fluent in English and comfortable sharing ideas with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
