• Shape the design vision for all hirify.global products, including Dashboard, App, Onboarding, Checkout, and future products.
• Elevate and scale the design system across every product while maintaining hirify.global's distinctive brand.
• Build and lead a world-class design team, setting new standards for financial product design in Europe.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design drives strategy.
• Stay hands-on with the craft by shipping concepts, refining flows, and focusing on details.
• Champion a pirate-flag mentality, ensuring fast shipping, fast learning, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Significant product design experience shipping scaled products.
• Proven experience leading design teams, growing talent, and shaping culture.
• A strong voice and point of view, knowing when to push for exceptional quality.
• Passion for the craft, staying curious, sketching, prototyping, and problem-solving.
• Track record of creating and scaling design systems across multiple products.
• Experience in environments where design was central to business success.
