What you will do
- Lead and mentor the Outbound Marketing Automation and Marketing Research teams.
- Oversee the outbound marketing strategy from targeting to engagement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Research team to analyze campaign data and identify opportunities.
- Align outbound campaigns with broader sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound marketing, with at least 1 year in a management role.
- Experience in automation-driven outbound campaigns, especially LinkedIn outreach.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
- Passion for outbound marketing and staying ahead of emerging trends.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Home Improvement Industry.
- Experience creating reports in ThoughtSpot and HubSpot.
