What you will do

• Support development and maintenance of core platform code and infrastructure libraries.
• Guide and mentor teams on best practices in development, security, and operations.
• Contribute to R&D and assist technical teams with technology and deployment decisions.
• Ensure product scalability, security, and SLA adherence in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
• Drive improvements in monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and incident problem-solving.
• Lead architecture design sessions and collaborate with developers to reduce bugs and automate processes.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills as it is the working language.
• Experience with Java and the Spring ecosystem.
• Proven skills in developing and operating large-scale cloud-based distributed applications.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Grafana or DataDog.
• Experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).
• Familiarity with Cassandra, OpenSearch, Kafka, or Spark.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence).
• Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
