What you will do

• Solve complex system architecture problems impacting all hirify.global products.
• Design core architectural decisions to simplify system dependencies and improve platform adoption.
• Build scalable, highly available systems with maintainable, high-quality code.
• Participate actively in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices for reliability and security.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Austin, United States
• 3+ years professional experience in software development of high-scale distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang).
• Experience designing and operating scalable, highly available cloud-scale services.
• Understanding of resource orchestration and dependency management in multi-tenant environments.
• Experience collaborating in code review processes and cross-team technical discussions.
• English: Proficient (B2) required

Nice to have

• Familiarity with hirify.global’s core technologies such as edge computing and global networking.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
