What you will do
- Develop high-performance backend services using Rust and C++.
- Extend and maintain Order Management System (OMS) features, including routing, matching, and throttling.
- Optimize trading pipeline latency, throughput, and overall system reliability.
- Collaborate with quant and trading teams to align system design with execution strategies.
- Perform benchmarking, tuning, and capacity planning for critical infrastructure.
- Contribute to the architecture of market data and exchange connectivity components.
Requirements
- Extensive backend engineering experience in Rust or C++.
- Proven background in developing trading systems or market infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of OMS internals, market data pipelines, and exchange gateways.
- Proficiency in multithreading, network programming, and performance tuning.
- Experience with Python and SQL for scripting and analytics.
- Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.
