What you will do

• Develop high-performance backend services using Rust and C++.
• Extend and maintain Order Management System (OMS) features, including routing, matching, and throttling.
• Optimize trading pipeline latency, throughput, and overall system reliability.
• Collaborate with quant and trading teams to align system design with execution strategies.
• Perform benchmarking, tuning, and capacity planning for critical infrastructure.
• Contribute to the architecture of market data and exchange connectivity components.

Requirements

• Extensive backend engineering experience in Rust or C++.
• Proven background in developing trading systems or market infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of OMS internals, market data pipelines, and exchange gateways.
• Proficiency in multithreading, network programming, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Python and SQL for scripting and analytics.
• Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals including algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Experience in performance-critical distributed systems.
