TL;DR

Senior Cloud Engineer (DevOps): Supporting and enhancing cloud infrastructure with an accent on AWS expertise, automation, and cloud security. Focus on designing scalable, secure, and automated cloud solutions, managing infrastructure as code, and optimizing CI/CD workflows.

Location: Hybrid across multiple locations including Czech Republic, Spain, and Portugal with remote options.

What you will do

Evaluate and implement scalable cloud solutions aligned with New Product Development and business needs.
Collaborate with Cloud Architects to develop and lead new cloud infrastructure implementations.
Recommend best-of-breed cloud infrastructure and software solutions.
Identify and resolve IT business process impacts related to cloud computing.
Manage infrastructure as code and support CI/CD workflows.
Perform cloud computing planning, design, and maintenance tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
Minimum 4 years of experience in Cloud Computing or Software Engineering
Proficiency with AWS services including VPCs, EC2, S3, and cloud security.
Experience with automation and IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, and Powershell.
Knowledge of container and orchestration technologies like Docker, ECS, and Kubernetes.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

Experience with Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience writing scripts in Javascript, Python, and BASH.
Familiarity with DevOps principles and internal tool development.
