What you will do

  • Develop and execute talent management strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with central Talent Management and HR teams to ensure alignment of initiatives.
  • Support employee growth, career progression, and promotion processes.
  • Design and implement function-specific learning, mentorship, and coaching programs.
  • Drive performance management cycles including goal setting and development plans.
  • Use talent metrics and data to inform decisions and measure initiative effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Location: Croatia
  • 10+ years experience in talent development or management, preferably in tech or product-focused organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as HR, Business Administration, or Communications.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with talent management software and learning management systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related fields.
  • Certifications in talent development and assessments (e.g., Hogans, CPTD, ATD, AIHR).
  • Experience in global, multinational, and matrixed organizations.
