What you will do

• Manage and coordinate HR operations across Croatia and selected Eastern European markets.
• Lead on complex employee relations matters and ensure adherence to local employment laws.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure compliance.
• Build strong relationships with local HR teams and manage third-party vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ HR experience, with at least 3 in a regional HR operations or employee relations role.
• In-depth knowledge of Croatian labor law and working knowledge of legislation in other Eastern European countries.
• Strong experience in employee relations case management and resolution.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in Croatian and English; additional Eastern European languages are a plus.
