What you will do

• Support payment integrations and improve customer payment flows.
• Ensure compliance with Belgian Gaming Commission regulations.
• Analyze fraud patterns and assist in automating fraud detection.
• Collaborate with Product and Tech teams on technical requirements and process automation.
• Assist in tracking and resolving operational escalations.

Requirements

• Knowledge or experience in platform operations, payment processes, fraud prevention, and compliance.
• Technical skills to understand system integrations and data analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch & English (French is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL, Jira, SEON, APIs, or automation tools.
• Experience in payments, risk, compliance, or fraud prevention.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance reporting.
