What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR executives and top management of enterprise clients
- Coordinate internal resources to support client needs and ensure solution adoption
- Manage a portfolio of large enterprise accounts and lead new projects with prospects and clients
- Define learning transformation roadmaps and retro-planning for client initiatives
- Identify and mitigate churn risks by implementing remedial action plans
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in France or able to work remotely within France
- 3+ years experience in Client Success, HR, Learning, or Change Management consulting
- Experience managing complex projects for enterprise accounts (2000+ employees)
- Proven knowledge or interest in SaaS B2B and digital learning industries
- Native French speaker with excellent English proficiency (minimum B2)
