What you will do
- Conceptualize and develop cooling solutions for multi-node computer servers.
- Collaborate with motherboard, chassis, power supply, and system teams to optimize layouts.
- Validate thermal compliance with industry standards.
- Present thermal data and test reports to engineering teams, vendors, and customers.
- Investigate new thermal management techniques and interface with manufacturers.
- Provide thermal support from component to rack level.
Requirements
- Location: Based in or able to work in Bade, Taiwan
- BS or MS in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering with 5+ years in IT or server industry.
- Experience with CFD simulation and CAD software.
- Hands-on thermal testing and validation experience.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel.
