What you will do
- Manage complex GPU computing solutions based on server hardware.
- Define and deliver hardware design solutions meeting requirements and schedules.
- Optimize hardware system designs focusing on PCIe, NVLink, power delivery, thermals, and networking.
- Collaborate with mechanical and liquid cooling experts for rack and cluster-level solutions.
- Work effectively with internal cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Location: Chungho, Taiwan
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in hardware/system architecture with GPU-accelerated systems focus.
- Deep knowledge of GPU system hardware design, power delivery, high-speed I/O (PCIe, CXL, NVLink), networking, and thermal management.
- Familiarity with Firmware, Linux, Windows, and virtualization platforms.
- Strong leadership skills managing multi-functional teams under pressure and deadlines.
