What you will do

• Design and execute pricing experiments and test hypotheses across product lines.
• Build data-driven models to predict pricing impact on conversion and revenue.
• Develop and optimize pricing strategies for various fees and subscriptions.
• Collaborate with business, product, finance, and data science teams to align pricing with strategy.
• Analyze transactional data to identify monetisation opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain.
• 3–6 years experience in pricing, analytics, or monetisation roles in digital platforms or marketplaces.
• Strong data-driven approach with experience in large data sets and visualization tools.
• Experience in financial modelling and building business cases.
• Business proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer marketplaces, classifieds, or subscription-based business models.
