What you will do

• Analyze Partner performance and key KPIs, building dashboards and reports.
• Design and optimize CRM workflows, data models, and automations within HubSpot.
• Streamline processes for Partner acquisition, onboarding, and management.
• Support daily operations by resolving system issues and troubleshooting tickets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive operational projects for the Partner ecosystem.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Business Analytics, or CRM Administration, ideally in a tech or SaaS company.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or similar tools (Salesforce, Pipedrive) is a strong plus.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for efficiency and continuous improvement.
