What you will do
- Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and business projections for leadership decision-making.
- Track performance against plan, identify risks and opportunities, and translate numbers into clear insights.
- Own and improve core operational processes across finance, HR, payroll, compliance, and vendor management.
- Act as the central point of coordination with external providers across Ireland, Spain, and Portugal.
- Manage key people operations workflows including hiring processes, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Drive strategic and operational projects, acting as a trusted execution partner to the leadership team.
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in strategy consulting, finance, operations, or a similar fast-paced, operational role.
- Strong financial acumen, structured thinking, and ability to support core financial processes.
- Organizational strength to manage multiple work streams, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
- Strong proficiency with productivity and operations tools (Google Suite, spreadsheets, project management tools).
- International mindset, with bonus experience in multi-country operations.
