What you will do

• Recruit, interview, and build a top-tier engineering team in India.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Oversee design, development, and testing of software updates.
• Collaborate closely with the Germany-based engineering team, including occasional business trips.
• Integrate and implement best practices in software development and deployment.
• Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing between India and Germany teams.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Engineering degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years leading and managing engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience with C++20 or later.
• Experience in signal intelligence software development.
• Strong proficiency with Jira and Agile methodologies (Scrum).

Nice to have

• Experience working with European companies, ideally German.
• Knowledge of German language (written and spoken).
