Product Manager (Edtech)

Location: Hybrid work with offices in Belgrade, Serbia and Sofia, Bulgaria; remote work possible in locations without offices

What you will do

• Define product features and write detailed requirements across projects and teams
• Collaborate with engineering teams to find solutions
• Analyze customer needs and product feedback to guide product growth
• Analyze product metrics to improve quality and feature sets
• Conduct competitor profiling and assessment analysis
• Establish pricing and licensing models for products

Requirements

• Must have 3-6 years experience in software development projects as a program or product manager
• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Product/UX Design or equivalent experience
• Understanding of software engineering concepts
• Strong communication skills for customer interaction and feedback collection
• Experience with project management and requirements tools (Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Redmine, Aha!, ProductBoard)
• Good written and verbal English skills

Nice to have

• Experience or deep understanding of SaaS and/or PaaS products
