What you will do

• Discuss improvements and new features with product management.
• Design architecture for global features including multi-currency and multi-language support.
• Optimize and expand the codebase of HR software.
• Ensure high-quality standards for .NET and C# source code.
• Coordinate with Microsoft development team in Redmond, WA.
• Conduct code reviews using Visual Studio and Azure DevOps.

Requirements

• Many years of experience as a Microsoft Power Platform developer.
• Strong understanding of clean code and test-driven development (TDD).
• Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Strong English communication skills.
