What you will do

• Lead high-impact product initiatives
• Design and deliver features that turn casual users into loyal fans
• Own and evolve hirify.global’s growth and monetization strategy
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ship world-class consumer experiences
• Use behavioral psychology to optimize user journeys
• Champion a culture of experimentation within the Product org

Requirements

• 6+ years in Product Management, ideally in high-scale B2C mobile apps
• Proven success driving growth and/or monetization
• Deep understanding of gamification and user motivation mechanics
• Strong analytical skills with fluency in key metrics
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• A curious, independent mindset
