What you will do

• Plan the team’s work: create sprints, set priorities, and distribute tasks.
• Participate in designing architectural solutions.
• Oversee infrastructure tasks — build, containerization, and delivery of updates.
• Coordinate the development of new features and collaboration between team members.
• Control the quality of releases and the technical state of the application.

Requirements

• Experience managing a development team of 3+ people.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript and React.
• Experience working with Electron.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD and builds for different operating systems.
• Knowledge of desktop environments (Windows or macOS).
