TL;DR

IAM Consultant (Cybersecurity): Engineering and developing identity and access management (IAM) and privileged access management (PAM) solutions with an accent on high-quality delivery for complex client engagements. Focus on integrating IAM services, reviewing requirements, and performing post-implementation support.

What you will do

• Perform development activities to support integration with target applications, focusing on high-quality delivery.
• Support colleagues and client stakeholders during the implementation of IAM services, including setup of core IAM and/or PAM services.
• Review requirements aligned with project timescales and product configuration capabilities to ensure best practice.
• Operate in an agile delivery model, responsible for unit testing of code and configuration, and supporting peer QA and testing.
• Perform post-implementation activities, such as user testing, troubleshooting, and support.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience and working knowledge of core IAM products (SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Microsoft) and/or PAM products (CyberArk, Delinea, BeyondTrust).
• Experience delivering complex IAM and/or PAM engagements and projects, covering all stages from strategy, design, and implementation.
• Strong business, consultancy, technical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, other cloud platforms, and DevOps processes/tools (GitHub).
• Experience with HR processes (JML) and systems (WorkDay, SuccessFactors) and application integration (AD, ServiceNow, SAP).
• Experience with Java, BeanShell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, and App Services.

Nice to have

• Exposure to core control frameworks such as NIST, SANS Top 20 CSC, and ISO 27001.
• IAM and/or PAM vendor certifications.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and SASE.
• Cloud related certifications across AWS/GCP/Azure and Cloud IAM native experience.
• CISM / CISSP / CRISC / ISO 27001 LI/LA / CISA certifications.
