What you will do

• Configure and maintain integration environments
• Analyze client requirements and provide API integration consulting
• Troubleshoot and monitor system performance
• Prevent issues and improve system reliability and performance
• Communicate vendor requirements to the development team

Requirements

• Work schedule fixed from 01:00 PM to 09:00 PM CET
• Strong knowledge of network technologies and modern Internet concepts
• Good understanding of API communication, logging, and error monitoring
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Upper-Intermediate English required
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Nice to have

• Experience as technical account manager, manual QA, or technical support
• Intermediate or Upper-Intermediate Russian
