What you will do

• Develop and run experiments to reduce friction in sharing delightful moments and increase habit adoption
• Design and measure product experiments focused on completion rates and successful user actions
• Conduct user interviews and pilot studies to inform product decisions
• Prototype and suggest design improvements based on data and behavioral insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment

Requirements

• Strong focus on rapid experiment cycles and prioritization of high growth areas
• Experience with experimental design including quasi-experiments and A/B testing
• Knowledge of behavioral science theories applicable to product growth metrics
• Proficiency or willingness to learn coding in SQL, R, and/or Python
• Solid understanding of statistics and econometrics
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
