Growth Product Manager

Location

Location: Remote within Poland, Ukraine, Spain, Portugal, Germany, or France

What you will do

• Support the entire experimentation process of the Growth team including coding, analysis, and QA.
• Collaborate closely with Product Development and Data Science teams.
• Peer-review Growth code and experiment analysis.
• Assist with experiment launches on Google Firebase and debugging.
• Own the translation and implementation of winning experiments across languages and platforms.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland, Ukraine, Spain, Portugal, Germany, or France
• Background in software engineering.
• Proficient in JSON and Java or JavaScript; SQL is a bonus.
• Comfortable with statistical significance and experimental design.
• Passionate about growth, metrics, and user experience.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Experience designing and running AB/RCT trials.
• Background in data science or machine learning.
