What you will do

• Support and peer-review growth experiment code and analysis.
• Assist with experiment launches on Google Firebase and debugging.
• Collaborate closely with product development and data science teams.
• QA new features prior to release.
• Own the translation and cross-platform implementation of successful experiments.
• Learn and develop skills in growth product management.

Requirements

• Background in software engineering with strong skills in JSON and Java or JavaScript; SQL is a bonus.
• Comfortable with statistical significance, common biases, and experimental design basics.
• Passionate about growth, metrics, and delivering outstanding user experience.
• Data-driven and analytical mindset.
• Bonus: interest or background in behavioral science, data science, ML, and experience designing/running AB or RCT trials.
